The first red Close Gate is a user created custom event … so, right-click and pick Add Custom Event and give it the name “Close Gate”. Once that is created, you’ll then find Close Gate in the list of functions to be able to drop the blue one at the end there.
Now I try to create a blueprint like here:

It contains two elements “Close Gate”, but I cant’ see it, so I can’t add it.
When I press RMB on the empty space, I have a list of object, but I can’t see it.
