Clicking the play button does nothing?

I tried to play the game after making some changes to my grass to test out the FPS and draw calls, but it just changes the viewport to game view and not let me control the FPS controller like in the screenshot https://prnt.sc/mdqjps The character seems to be plyaing the breathe animation, but I can’t move it or view the game from it’s camera.
Any ideas what could be wrong here?

You have clicked on simulation. You can quickly fix this in two ways:

  • click on the button Posses near Play Button
  • select in the down arrow within the Play Button the option: Selected Viewport
