Clickable arrows for options ui?

Hey, so I was wondering if anyone knows how I can make it so there’s a list of options (for me its resolutions) and it only shows one of the options then make it so you press small left and right arrows on the left + right side of the text to cycle through the different resolutions to your picking.
Sorry if i explained this badly but PLEASE can someone help me out, it would be much appreciated, thank you!
