Summary

I purchased the asset and I can`t download it.
I encounter an error: An error occurred, the asset could not be retrieved.

Steps to Reproduce

Just open url and try to download in any ways.
OR open via Epic Games Launcher…

Expected Result

It should starts to download or open Epic Games Launcher.

Observed Result

Error with this text after clicking button: “An error occured, the asset could not be retrieved.”

Hi @Pavel_Blin4ik . Do you recall which license version you purchased? If you acquired the UEFN - Reference Only version, the Unity, Blend, and FBX file formats are not included with the license (and we need to update the error messaging to be more helpful).

If you purchased the Personal or Professional license, please reach out to our support team and they will be able to assist you.

Yeah, I purchased Personal license.
So, when I even try open via Epic Launcher its not working.
