CLI Batch cmd CR continue when message warning occurs.

Hi CR team,
I have a license CLI to run script command line, create model 3D on CR.
When run script batch by cmd, CR show a message warning, it’s stopping.
I have a question, how to continue CR, don’t click button “close” on message warning?
What option of CR is set to work that? 
what is the command line?
