If I want to place a classification with the ESRB standards, I need a permit from the ESRB or have some authorization or copyright.
Im no expert but i would guess that you would need to submit your project to the esrb to get a certified rating from them. That would probably cost a lot of money and be extremely complex. if your a not a major developer i dont think id even bother.

Hello and good day i want to know where can i get a classification for my new video game but i need a license from the (ESRB) however this year some around in the middle of September 2025 hopefully my video game will be published for a pass in the ESRB Age rating system but i just wanted to know how can i get a pass in the age rating system from the ESRB should i launch my game trailer to the ESRB ?
