I made a blueprint exactly the same in Blueprint Quickshot 2
The first part,where the actor blows itself,functioned well.
So I kept on to make the second part,where destroying the actor makes my character really fast.
But after I compiled the blueprint and headed back to the level and overlap the actor I put in before,the speed remained the same.

Looking at the video, I noticed a difference between your blueprint and the blueprint shown in the video. Try replacing OnComponentBeginOverlap with Event Actor Begin Overlap, as shown in the screenshot below.

And I’ve solved this problem.It’s only caused by the Max Walk Speed I typed in.It was too small.
