Preview versions: All Preview versions, from 2023.2 Preview 1 onwards, are for the Community Edition.
If it's not on your launcher, please:
- Close the Epic Games launcher via Task Manager and restart it.
- Log out and back into your Epic Games launcher

Pricing Update & Clarification:
For all versions: When you purchase any version of Twinmotion, it's yours forever. But remember, future features are not automatically included.
Existing owners: If you're on Twinmotion 2023.1.2, it's still yours, including the Twinmotion Cloud feature.
Upgrade Fee: For our dedicated commercial license holders (beyond 1 year), there's a $199 upgrade fee for Twinmotion 2023.2. This fee covers all upgrades for a whole year.
Example: Let's say you're using Twinmotion 2023.1. You decide to upgrade to Twinmotion 2023.2 by paying the $199 fee. This means you'll get any new upgrades and features for the next year. Once that year is up, if you want continued upgrades, there's another $199 fee. But, and this is crucial, it's NOT a mandatory subscription. You always keep what you've purchased.
Revit 2024 Users: Under our Epic/Autodesk partnership, you'll still have free access to Twinmotion. If there are any questions or concerns, please use the "Contact Us" button to connect to support.
