Claimed some items and few got bugged

Summary

So I “Added To my library” Old west vol. 1-7, by “Dekogon Studios” 10/24 via fab.

1-3 & 7 was added to ue library, while 4-6 has not, gone to look at Fab my library and see, that 4-6 has no small download icons, going to their pages says, that I own the item.

Writed to Fab Support, that I got bugged items, but they haven’t looked at those items, that were free and started asking for order ID that haven’t got, probably that they was free and other stuff…

So I replied and waited, now is second day that fab can’t fix a simple bug that I got… :frowning:

What type of bug are you experiencing?

Steps to Reproduce

First option: Just refresh or reset those items in my profile
Second Option: Delete those items from my profile and bring them back as new claim or let me reclaim them my self.

Expected Result

1: they just get as they should be, they appear in my ue library and small download icon appears next to them in my fab library.
2: same as first one, but I might need to reclaim those items myself.

Observed Result

everything just get as should be as everything else

Additional Notes

bugged items:
Old West - VOL 4 - Goods and Supplies
Old West - VOL 5 - Town Props
Old West - VOL 6 - Town and Industrial

Try this fix:
Go to C:\ProgramData\Epic\EpicGamesLauncher\VaultCache
If your missing plugin is there, delete them then relaunch epic launcher.
This will work if you had install these plugin before fab launch.

Only epic/fab can help me with this, because when i added those items to the library, it got bugged and their own system do not know do I own that those item, or not…

Found how to fix this issue without epic/fab support… :expressionless: I just needed to download fab plugin.
