I haven't found any Blender rig for UE5 Manny Skeleton, so I decided to make it myself. It's very basic at that moment but can be useful.

Features:

  • Mirrorable poses

  • Advanced Soft Feet IK and Hands IK

  • UI Control of IK/FK

We need to root motion support

Hey! You can make root motion animations with that Rig, all you need to do is set to Object mode and key all the rig, all root motion you want to make need to be done selecting that way. These screenshots shows how I’ve done a lot of animations with root motion:

hi I’m really interested in this and I want to add a face rig to any tips to keep it working upon import. I’ve been using Rigify and it doesn’t support IK well after import unlike the Manny as there isnt no confusion with ORG, DEF ( I still haven’t figured out how to not add tweak bones to the arms and legs.), and Master bones from the Rigify bone naming conventions. the thing is though i really like animating with Rigify and its face rig is pretty handy. using this rig doesnt seem to make use of a face rig. so id have to use shape keys. Although I really want a face rig. is there any plans to support that in the future?
