City Sample Nav Mesh issues

Does anyone know how to use the nav mesh used in the City Sample.
I’m trying to create my own AI, using Behavior Trees and EQS, but it’s working in this project.

I noticed it’s not the same as the old Nav Mesh component setting used in my other UE5 projects.

Any help would be appreciated

I found this

I think this is what changes the generating navigation from a mesh to generating around the agents.
Still looking into this.
