City Sample Buildings close distance glare - changes in topology

Good evening everyone, i have two questions regarding assets from the City Sample Buildings package.
1st. When i zoom in or move to a close distance a weird glare is showing from multiple parts of the mesh creating a lens flare. Is it a bug or is it intentional? Tried to get rid of the glare without any success.


2nd. When i change the window material with a transparent material like the default glass material of the engine the topology gets distorted and the mesh turns into a low-poly like asset.

Any idea on how to solve those issues?

Are these static meshes or Nanite meshes?

Nanite doesn’t support translucent materials, so you’ll get the fallback mesh.
