Here’s my first animation I’ve done with the cinematic sequence device. I was planning on showcasing the character interacting with a car after which it cuts to this cutscene, however I could not figure out how to get the Cinematic Sequence device to work properly in-game. So I just recorded the viewfinder in UEFN.
What was the issue you ran into?
Love the spooky vibes. Why is it that headlights don’t help in spooky car driving situations!?
I believe it was just an issue on my end setting it up. But when I connected the Cinematic Sequence Device to a button, and pressed it in game, the animation would play for one frame, cut back to my character for a few seconds then cut back to the animation for one frame, and so forth.
Here’s a video of what happened.
@Rodney_Houle, what do you think of this issue?
I haven’t seen this issue before. I will try a similar setup today and try to reproduce it.
I was just about to report this same issue, I believe it is caused by relative location of player/camera/sequence device. Trying to narrow it down
I love this Lundle, I’ve been wanting to do it for a while now but never actually did it.
Really love the falling tree at the end, such a nice touch!
Thank you Rynex!
Love this. Not sure why I expected the character to use the horn on that rude tree.
Haha, thanks Wert
