Building Generator

Building Generator V2 is a procedural themed building generator for Unreal Engine, created for fast worldbuilding, prototyping and production-ready environment creation. Instead of placing every wall, roof, window and detail by hand, you can generate complete stylized buildings directly inside the editor and quickly iterate with presets, seeds, shapes, roof types, materials and asset controls.

The plugin includes a wide range of themed presets: Military Base / Checkpoint Zone, Floating / Canal City, Rural Village, Art Deco / 1920s Metropolis, Gothic / Neo-Gothic City, Japanese Suburban / Alleyways, Middle Eastern Bazaar, Chinatown / Asian Market and Slums / Favela. Each style has its own visual language, including dedicated roof forms, facade details, windows, balconies, towers, shopfronts, rooftop elements, pipes, signs, awnings and decorative modules.

Buildings can be generated in multiple shapes, including rectangle, L-shape, U-shape, O-shape, cylinder and abstract futuristic forms. Roofs, themed assets and modular details are designed to adapt to the selected footprint, allowing more flexible silhouettes for cities, districts, game levels, cinematic sets and VR/AR scenes.

The system is built around procedural generation with editable parameters. You can control size, floor count, roof type, window layout, damage level, material slots, themed assets, towers, modular details, collision, render quality and generation seed. This makes it easy to create many variations from one tool while keeping control over the final look.

Building Generator V2 also supports custom content workflows. You can use the included procedural geometry and materials, assign your own materials through dedicated material slots, or use Data Assets to integrate your own static meshes and Megascans-style modular kits for walls, roofs and architectural details. This allows the plugin to work both as a fast standalone generator and as a flexible framework for custom asset libraries.

The plugin includes example maps, materials, textures and documentation to help you get started quickly. It is designed for game development, visualization, cinematic environments and rapid level design, with optimization options such as render profiles, instancing support, collision controls and scalable detail settings.

Destruction and damage features are included as part of the generator, allowing buildings to be created with different levels of wear, destruction and ruin. This system is currently in active development and will continue to receive improvements for more detailed, realistic and physically believable damage in future updates.

Development Note
The destruction system is currently in active development. The current version includes destruction levels and variants, while future updates will continue improving the realism and detail of damaged walls, roofs, assets, and collapsed structures.
