Cinema 4d import failing

Failed to import ‘G:/ESTUDOS/UNREAL/CRIAÇÕES/estudo.c4d’. Failed to create asset ‘estudo’.

Hey guys, i’m getting this message when i import a cinema 4d file with datasmith, i already tried unreal 5 and 4.

Anybody know how to solve it?

Have you tried using different path name? It happens a lot when UE4 doesn’t like spaces and non English character in the path.

Thanks, i changed the folder name and now it’s working
