Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) not CC BY-NC-ND 4.0. You can not just mention in description another license than at the license terms section and expect people to comply with it

I don’t know about you. But creating this kind of music pack with this kind of license terms and uploading it to FAB (Game Developer Marketplace) is somewhat useless. FAB is for game developers finding assets for their game. Most developers aim to sell their game, and eventually, streamers will stream gameplay on Social Media.

If it’s licensed under non-commercial usage, it’s practically non-usable for us, regardless of whether the quality is high-end or not. It doesn’t matter, as it will affect the game’s reputation and visibility in the market.
