Choosing which Skeletal Mesh shows up in Animation Blueprint?

I have multiple skeletal meshes using the same animation blueprint. Anybody know a way to choose which skeletal mesh shows up in the animation blue print when viewing animations? I am trying to edit blendspaces but all I can see is the characters sword bouncing around and I need to be able to see the body doing the animations. Is there a way to choose which one I am looking at?

Sometimes going into the skeletal mesh and tampering with it forces the animation blueprint to use that skeleton but it doesn’t always work, feels kind of random.
