Childactor is copying himself in Outliner

Number 1 is the blueprint I use and number 2 is the childactor inside it. Number 3 is the ghost of number 2 that comes back again even though I deleted it. it comes back every time I close and open the project. this bug happens after I activate the worldpartition. in my previous project I did not find a result. if I forget to delete it and get a package, it also comes into the game, so it affects game. (ex does collision bug because they are on top of each other. not clickable)
When I delete two of them from the file explorer and add 1-2 again, 3 comes back again. is there a solution about this?
