Chests are unavailable in the content browser

I’m getting started with building islands in UEFN and chests don’t seem to be available in the content browser. They don’t exist under Devices, nor do they appear when I search for “chest”.

I’ve tried finding info on how to reinstall or refresh assets but I’m not having any luck.

Check youve selected All folders in the Content Browser, then search for chest gall
Its called Chest & Ammo Gallery, drop it into the map for a selection of searchable containers, some may not work, unless they’ve been fixed, like the oathbound chest.

Unfortunately no luck. I can’t upload attachments yet so I’ll walk through the steps I took to confirm:

  1. Open content browser
  2. Select “All” folder
  3. Search paths for “chest” and “chest gall” - no results
  4. Search path for “ammo” - no results

Do you maybe have your editor’s language set to a different one and thus giving the gallery a different name?

This is the exact path the chest should be Located in, ALL → Fortnite → Devices → Items

Woof, that was it! Thank you! I also just realized that there’s two search locations: “Search Paths” and “Search Items”. I’ve been using “Search Paths” to try and find individual assets as I didn’t notice the other search field.
