Checkpoint Systems

I have scoured the internet for any working checkpoint system tutorial and I have tried most of them including buying a system from the marketplace and yet still none work.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make a checkpoint that is activated by a box trigger and then you go into another level entirely new level and then when you come back to the old level your at the checkpoint. Does anyone have any idea?..

Sounds to me like you need to save the position of the checkpoint to a Game Instance blueprint.
Information in a game instance is not lost when you change level. So if you save the coordinates of the checkpoint as a variable you can reference it when you go back to that level again.
