Checking the Trader FAB status

I’m very disappointed with FAB support. I’ve successfully sold assets for six years without issues, but this year I’ve been unable to pass the trader verification despite multiple clear submissions of official documents. Support falsely accuses me of altering or encrypting files.

Please review your verification process, as it’s clearly ineffective. My submissions have always been genuine and transparent.

Once they said that I encrypted the PDF and they couldn’t open the files. Guys, I don’t even know how to do this, and why would I encrypt PDF files and send them for verification?

It could a third party software features that is encrypting your folder/files.

There a windows feature as well that do this, if your folder or file has a green text name, that mean it encrypted in windows 11. For example:

To remove it:

Otherwise, you can just convert your pdf files to png(make sure the output folder is not marked as encrypted)

I usually submit my documents as JPG, PDF, or PNG files. I suspect that my submissions are checked by an automated system or neural network that fails to recognize non-English documents, resulting in constant rejections
