Charge an arrow with bow?

So, what im trying to do is to find a way to charge an arrow by holding the “aim button” (right mouse button). The thing is that I’m quite new here, and I figured out how to attach, fire, and aim with a bow, but I forgot about “charging” arrows. Any idea?

Not sure what you mean exactly but have a look at these and see if they’re any close to what you need:
