Characters Ragdoll during Sequencer Render

I have a scene built in sequencer. When I play/preview the scene in Unreal Engine 5, everything works properly (characters are walking around, horses are moving about, chickens are pecking at the ground, etc.).

However, when I go to render the sequence, all of the characters that have animation in the scene, just immediately ragdoll. Not only do the human characters fall over dead, so do the horses and chickens!

The worst part, is that it only happens during render. As mentioned, the preview in sequencer looks perfect. Then I get 20 hours into the render, and notice all the characters have dropped dead, ruining the shot and an entire day of rendering.

Any help would be appreciated.

I’m getting the same thing, can’t seem to find a solution for it too.

Actually just solved it, turns out the characters had “Simulate Physics” enabled but I didn’t enable it manually so I find it weird. Turning that off should fix everything.
