character wont snap to the floor.

i have this video of my issue.

i cant get my character to touch the floor except when an animation plays
thankyou for the help in advance.

i have tried every possible fix out there. but maybe me video will show you more info about the issue
sorry the audio is low. don’t know why.

It was the Idle animation i imported. i used mixamo to replace them with ones from the site and it fixed the issue.
