Character turn crank

Hello, I have difficulties to find a tutorial for a character interacting with a crank. Like it is possible to walk around, then get closer and rotate it with some keyboard repetitive key in one direction, and the other direction with another key. Everything in 3rd person mode, with animations of the arms grabing and rotating, not just the player styaing idle and magically rotating the crank.

Does anyone have an idea ? Thank you very much for your help.

There would be no tutorials, because the main thing you need is the animation to apply to the character.

You might well be able to get that from somewhere like mixamo, or possibly make it yourself. Then you’ve done the bulk of it.
