No worries! That is the nature of a forum. For new issues in the future, I would usually recommend a new thread to help visibility for users in the future looking for your solution. Looks vaguely like there may be a squid in that armor!
In all seriousness, this issue could stem from a number of problems. This looks like you may have had some transforms, rotations, and bone orientations on the arms during export. If you’re using blender, go in the model and apply the transforms before you start binding things and make sure your pose is 0 in it’s transforms.

I’m not using Blender, or Maya Autodesk, though I’m envious of those who can do it. Not my wheelhouse. As for a squid, I hope not! Though that would be a really cool enemy design, a squid in knight armor that flails around weapons and shields with it’s tentacles! Haha!
It could be an issue with the bones, but I’m not entirely sure.
