Character Rubber Banding After using IKring

So I followed this video to swap out character for a project in 5.3 and it work most of the way; however now my character rubber bands super bad. He will run forward then get pulled back no mater what direction i walk. I was reading the comments and people are having this same issue. any ideas?

Where is your character rubber banding (arms, legs, head etc.)? Would you mind sharing any screeds/vids of the error, as well as your IK setup and the steps you took while setting up/retargeting your IK rig?

Any additional information you provide may go a long way in solving your problem.

So could you show us the viewport and hierarchy of your new character blueprint? Additionally, could you show us what the animations look like side by side after retargeting? You can do that directly in your retargeting window.
