I am trying to rotate my character to the mouse and have my camera stay still.
This is all working except for when the rotation calls to the actor happen very quickly.
For some reason when the rotation calls happen to quickly the camera temporarily rotates and then rotates back to its correct position causing a flicker.

I just find it very strange I thought I disconnected all of the thirdpersonexample rotation calls to the camera
