Character not importing exactly like in Maya?

So I have this skeleton in Maya, and it’s in a pistol aiming pose, the arms and hands import into unreal fine, but the legs and the rest of the body clearing isn’t imported correctly.

I’ve tried using FBX 2018 and 2016, as well as setting keyframes even though it’s an additive pose so it shouldn’t need keyframes.

Although the mesh are two different characters they use the exact same skeleton so it shouldn’t make a difference.

Think there’s clearly something i’m missing, but I can’t spot it.

Any ideas?
