Character mesh isn't attached to Camera

When I play with my third-person character the mesh spawns at a different point. When character moves, the mesh plays the animation but snaps back to that point and don’t follows the Camera. I don’t know why that happens.
I made a true fps cam and parented the cam to the head. Maybe it has something to do with that. I deleted the cam and reseted the mesh multiple times. That wasn’t a solution.
The picture shows the character. it spawns always in that corner. But the POV is where the character should be.
I don’t know if you get what my problem is but I would be thankful for a solution.
