Character jolts when blending out from a layered blend

So, I’m not sure what is causing this particular issue, but my blend setup is pretty much usual and whenever I start or stop moving, it jolts my character into the ground.



The snippet of code shown for the idle aim blended with locomotion is the walking state. The idle state is just the same idle that’s blended with locomotion. So, it doesn’t feel like there would be a whole lot of conflicting information for the blending process. I kinda suck at blending, so I wouldn’t be too surprised if it’s operator error.
