Character is "bouncing" on pcg plants

I’ve made a PCG forest with some plants I’ve downloaded from quixel bridge, and no matter what models I use the character is “bouncing” while walking over them. It’s not like real collision where the character would be blocked, but looks a bit like moving over a small rock. On the smaller plants the character is moving on top of it so it seems like this weird type of collision is the same everywhere. What’s causing this behaviour?
