Character Importing and Animation

Hello all. I am currently trying to import the assets of a character I have created in MakeHuman version 1.1.0 to a Third Person Game Project that I am working on. I already have the .FBX file ready and downloaded of said character and have used Blender to be able to import it into UE4. This is where the problem comes in. I am trying to switch out the textures and meshes of my character with the standard mannequin that comes with the game mode. I re-target the skeletons of both characters, yet the mannequin is replaced with a static T-pose version of my character. Any ideas or tips I could use for fixing this?
