Character Import with Catrig errors

Hello community, I am having a issue importing my custom character into Unreal4. When I import him I get this weird box artifact as shown in picture, any idea why this is happening? I am using 3dsMax2013 and I skinned the model to a Catrig.

Perhaps it has something to do with the root bone? The weird boxes are where the rootbone is placed, is there a specific naming convention for the root bone?
