Character has additional mesh and it is still while animation playing

You know that there are meshes such as tongue and teeth in the characters. In my character, there are also some internal parts such as kidneys. While the animation is playing, it works normally when you check its mouth follows its head, but the kidneys stay straight. It seems to exist in the Rig part, but it doesn’t work in animations.

For example, it doesn’t follow the belly mesh while climbing, rolling, etc. It does not perform have rotate, scale, transform. Even while walking, it carries out from inside the character, it happens because that mesh remains stable while the character is going back and forth. How can I fix this?
