I really don’t know what more to say all of the other levels work but not this one and going into the simulator play view I can’t find my character.
I guess the first obvious question is… do you have a Player Start in your level?
Yep it’s the little red box in the first image near the stairs
ummm… unless you customized it… the box doesn’t look like a Player Start… which looks like a capsule with an arrow sticking out of it
