Character customization system?

Is there any “character customization system” for UE4?

I’m not talking about “attach X static meshes to a model”, but about generic framework, where you can assemble character from multiple swappable skinned meshes.

Unity engine has UMA system for that. What is available in unreal 4?

The one that comes to mind for me is Datasphere’s Menu (Remco Wilson) Here
It’s not so much a swappable skin type menu, but rather works off Morphs. BUT you can probably change it to suit your needs quite easily.
I was able to insert my own model in easy enough, and customize it a bit. as in this pic here
