I am in need of advise and some assistance, I would like to make a Character creator like Skyrim and Fable for a RPG style game. What would be my first steps into implementing this? and did I say I am a noob? lol

Before starting this, do you have any experience in 3D softwares and character creation ? If not, you should begin by learning how to make an animatable 3D character.
The basics of character creation in video games is merging different character parts together and “morphing” the face to change it’s shape. (like facial expressions, but applied to the face shape, like lips size, ear position …)
So, what do you already know of the subject, and depending on the answer the community will be able to help you further.
