Character Control Rig breaks pak file assets

I’m currently following this tutorial of Loading Pak Files At Runtime

However I can’t seem to include a control rig into the same pak or else it won’t find any asset within the pak file after packaging.

Without a control rig it works as it should, but even just having any control rig asset contained inside it will always fail. I am unsure of what is causing this to happen.

could you try to package rig control in another pak file with low priority ?

There may be a bit of confusion here. My problem is that the control rig asset when included it will break when loading assets at runtime, not the packaging.

It always packages just fine, but it’s as if it invalidates every asset along side it when trying to load anything from it

The Character with the green cone is the pak file. It’s basically just the default BP_ThirdPersonCharacter.

And here’s WITH the control rig included:


And as you see, with it included it just outright doesn’t work anymore…
