The collision is wrong. Go into the mesh editor and change the collision to ‘use complex as simple’ ![]()
I haven’t this in any collision settings, collision complexity doesn’t exist in my interface

Click the mesh in the level, then in the details you can see the mesh asset
double click that! ![]()
