I have a character asset purchased form the Fab ( Modular Military Character, form Quantum Assets). Im having a problem where when i try to use it in a cinematic sequencer clip, at render time the character shifts. Sometimes just a little bit, but at other times alot.
Im suspecting it has something to do with the collision bubble thats around the model, and that this is supposed to be used as a playable character (im just doing a cinematic). Though physics is not enabled on it, it still causes the model to always ‘snap’ to the floor, and if I disable collision entirely, when I go to render, the model falls endlessly vertically … like its still affected by gravity and needing a floor collision.
I dont have this problem with metahumans, so Im not sure how to go about fixing this. Is there a work around to get charatcer models that are setup to be a third person playable charatcer to just behave like a skeletal mesh with control rig?
