Character Animation Moves Slower than Speed

As the title suggests, I’ve set my Blendspace walk to be 150. I’ve set my Character blueprint base speed to 150 both in Character Movement and in the Event Graph.
But while my animation looks great, I can’t get it to match the speed I’m moving on the ground. I’ve messed with all the speed variables trying to mix it up and find the right sweet spot but I just can’t get it to match. It should be I set everything to 150 and I’m done but for some reason, I look like I’m skating across the ground… Can someone PLEASE help me figure this out?

Whenever I slow down any movement speed, whether it’s in Blueprints, Character Movement, etc etc, the Animation slows with it.
So the problem is that the Animation needs to be faster. How can I make the Animation faster, without changing speed of character?
