Character Animation Floating Up-Down and Not On Ground

Hi there,

I imported an standing animation from Mixamo, but it

**keeps floating up down and never touches the ground.** 

It seems that there is an z-axis offset “automatically added” to the animation but I don’t know why and how.

Can anyone help solve this out? Many thanks :smile:

I’ve got my problems solved.

For the FLOATING problem, I need to set the Translation Mode as Absolute for the Chain Mapping of Root in IK Retargeter.

For the NOT ON GROUND problem, I can offset the root bone in the animation sequnce and then add a Key and then Save.
