Hi, I have a chaos system which drives a Niagara System through Data interace. Everythings works fine in play mode but I would like to create a cinematic with it. I can add the chaos system to the sequencer through a ChaosCacheManager but I’m unable to add the niagara system. I think that the breaking data are not generated on playback ? are they ? is there a workaround ?

Make sure that you have Generate break/collision/trailing data set to true in the editor settings. And on your geometry collections make sure you have them set to Notify breaks/collision/trailing.
There is a bug that’s preventing the cache from playing the Niagara stuff back correctly. Epic knows about it. I have not tested it on the latest branch of 5.1 but it was still broken as of a few months back.

as often with Unreal, every is working in play game mode but when in cinematic, we are facing problem.
what a pity
