I did not know that there are two systems)) I use the car from their example with cars and add tweaks to it) anyway will wait for 5.8 release then. but Hazardous from that topic actually fixed that issue as I understand, so it is doable anyway
just checked his game, the drifting there is not really ok, I wonder when 5.8 already comes out to test it. Found up that adding forces really helps, and it possibly is a very good variand to constrain too big turns with forces (ad force). I created a glitch that turned the car to maps center but same time it worked really well to constrain over turn, if adjust the angle which must be right and turn it on when the angle of drift is too big, because controlling the motor ot wgeels friction is pretty much unstable, if I want to control car angle by make these bigger or smaller to control the turn of the car, not smart.
Hi! I don’t know how much commits will be included in Chaos Vehicle on version 5.8. You can check the github plugin history and verify the last commits to see if there are some related to your problem (compare the ue5-main branch with the 5.8).
