Reading Chaos physics documentation you find in the list of features Fluid simulation
I can’t find any more info, tutorial, example documentation.
It’s a typo? Something coming in future updates? I have missed something somewhere?
Various fluid sims have existed as part of Niagara Simulation Stages plugin for ages, under active development.
I mention this here today because a recent github commit to the 5.0 branch has now renamed that plugin so that it is now called Chaos Fluids rather than Niagara Simulation Stages.

By the way since I made that last post they changed the name again. Its now a plugin called NiagaraFluids and it is available in preview 1 of 5.0.
