I’m having an issue with Chaos Geometry Collections where physics behaves correctly until the debris settles on the ground. Once grounded, fragments will randomly start floating or drifting slightly, even though gravity and physics simulation are enabled.

It’s a common UE bug because they can’t bother doing things right.
Set the items to sleep after less time - 1 sec ought to be plenty. Once they sleep they won’t move again.
This happens because small residual velocities keep the fragments awake, so they never fully settle and start drifting.
Lower the Sleep Threshold and reduce the Sleep Time so pieces go to sleep faster. Around 1 second usually works. You can also slightly increase Linear and Angular Damping to remove micro movement.
Once the bodies are sleeping, they will stop floating or drifting.
