Can Chaos Flesh and Chaos Cloth interact?
If so, is it one directional or bi directional?

Welcome to the Unreal Engine Forum. They do interact. But, it’s one directional, I believe. I think Chaos Cloth can affect mesh. But, not the other way around. In regards to bi directional, I’ve saw people use work-arounds like physics constraints. I hope that helps.
