Changing size of Packaged Game Window

Hey
I am trying to make the size of my packaged window rather small (to mimic an android phone) on my PC.
I have created a DefaultGameUserSettings file and given it the correct x and y
I have called this in the first level to set it (on the event begin play) and applied settings
but its not working.

Any ideas/solutions on how I can stop the packaged window being full screen on my PC and use the x and y that I have provided.

yep testing on the phone is the next stage I really was using this idea to create some gameplay footage with the mobile screen icons visible.

I just recorded video from the engine :sweat_smile:
