I would want to propose you this change, due to, currently, Latin America people and Spanish people are ‘separated’ by that geographical filter, so everyone is probably writing in their continent forum only. But our main nexus is the language, not the place.
I think it would be a very enriching change, contributing to increase the activity of spanish speakers, as the second more extended language around th world.
